My name is Jessika Kasper and I recently relocated to Sylvan Lake with my 3 daughters from Calgary, AB after falling in love with the community while visiting family!

Prior to becoming a massage therapist I was in the automotive business for 15 years.

 Life's plans and my desire for a career that I not only enjoyed,

but that also satisfied my soul led me to completing my

2200HR Registered Massage Therapy diploma from

Alberta College of Massage Therapy in 2021 at the top of my class. I knew I had found

my passion once I started gaining a great list of regular clientele, being able to improve

their ailments, pain, stress, tissue health, strength, performance and quality of life.

Although I am trained in numerous modes of massage, my style seems to have molding into a mixture of swedish techniques to warm up tissues and improve blood flow, followed by deep tissue and trigger point therapy, ending with some more swedish techniques to flush toxins and relax hypertonic tissues. Basically - I make you feel good, then I place you in some discomfort, then I make you feel good again.

I eventually would like to further my career in either end of life massage, oncology massage, or even Naturopathy.
